Whether it's the bride and groom, a family heading to the airport or a whole team, we'll match you with a vehicle that fits everyone and their luggage. The Sprint-Trans fleet is made up of minibuses for 7, 8 and 18 passengers, a Škoda Superb and other cars. You travel in each of them with our driver, in and around Nowy Sącz, across Poland and around Europe.
All our vehicles are driven only by our own drivers. We don't hire out vehicles without a driver. We can carry a larger group in several minibuses, and arrange a full-size coach through a partner company.

Which vehicle should you choose? Match it to the size of your group
- Up to 4 passengers: a car, e.g. for an airport transfer.
- Wedding, business trip or VIP transfer: the Škoda Superb with driver (5 seats incl. driver).
- Medium-sized group: the Volkswagen T6 Caravelle for 7 passengers (8 seats incl. driver) or the Volkswagen T5 Caravelle for 8 passengers (9 seats incl. driver) with an extended boot.
- Larger group and a long route: the Mercedes Sprinter for 18 passengers (19 seats incl. driver) with adjustable seats and a DVD player.
- More than 18 passengers: several minibuses at once, or a coach from a partner company.
- A passenger in a wheelchair: the Volkswagen T6 Caravelle with a wheelchair ramp.
All our minibuses have individual air conditioning and a towbar for a luggage trailer. Tell us where you're going and how many of you there are, and we'll suggest the most comfortable vehicle.
How to count the seats you need
Count everyone who is actually travelling, including group leaders, a guide or a photographer. Think about luggage too: a minibus filled to the last seat leaves little room for suitcases, so for a trip of several days ask about a luggage trailer or the Volkswagen T5 with its extended boot.
Several minibuses or a coach?
Several minibuses work well when you're collecting people from different villages and towns, returning at different times or driving the narrow mountain roads of the Nowy Sącz region. That's usually how taking wedding guests home after the reception works. A coach from a partner company is more convenient when a few dozen people are travelling together over a long distance.
Mercedes Sprinter: 19-seat minibus with driver
Choose the Sprinter when a larger group is travelling a long way. Every passenger can adjust their own seat, and you can watch a film on the DVD player on the way – we have quite a collection. In winter, the parking heater warms the interior before everyone gets in.
At a wedding, the 19-seat Mercedes Sprinter takes guests to the ceremony and drives them home at night. It's also a good choice for a school trip, a company outing or a journey abroad.

Volkswagen T6 Caravelle: 8-seat minibus, also for wheelchair users
The Volkswagen T6 Caravelle suits a group of up to 7 passengers with a long journey ahead. It's very quiet at motorway speeds, so you can talk comfortably inside. It also has safety assistance systems.
At weddings it often carries the band and takes guests home.

Volkswagen T5 Caravelle: 9-seat minibus with a large boot
Choose the Volkswagen T5 Caravelle when up to 8 passengers are travelling with a lot of luggage. It has an extended boot and a towbar for a luggage trailer, plus individual air conditioning and comfortable seats. It's a facelifted version that works well on long journeys in Poland and abroad.
At a wedding it can carry the band or take guests home. With lots of suitcases, it's also a good fit for a group airport transfer.

Škoda Superb: a wedding car and a car for business guests
Choose the Škoda Superb when first impressions matter, for example at a wedding or when collecting an important business guest. It has a grey body, brown leather upholstery and three-zone climate control. It's quiet and smooth to ride in. For the big day we'll decorate it with flowers.
The bride and groom can ride in it together with the best man and maid of honour. See it as a wedding car with driver.

For up to 4 passengers you don't need a minibus. We have several cars for smaller parties.
At weddings, a car often supports the larger minibuses when taking wedding guests home.

For groups of more than 18 passengers, we'll arrange a full-size coach through a partner company.

Frequently asked questions about our fleet
How many passengers does each vehicle take?
The Mercedes Sprinter takes 18 passengers (19 seats incl. driver), the Volkswagen T5 Caravelle 8 (9 seats), the Volkswagen T6 Caravelle 7 (8 seats) and the Škoda Superb 4 (5 seats). Our cars suit smaller parties of up to 4 passengers.
Which minibus has DVD and a parking heater?
The Mercedes Sprinter. It has a DVD player with quite a collection of films, and a parking heater.
Can we bring extra luggage?
Yes. Our minibuses have towbars for a luggage trailer, and the Volkswagen T5 Caravelle also has an extended boot.
Can I hire a minibus without a driver?
No. All our vehicles are driven only by our own drivers. Read more about minibus hire with driver.
Which vehicle can carry a wheelchair user?
The Volkswagen T6 Caravelle with a fold-out ramp. The passenger goes in without getting out of the wheelchair, and family or a carer can travel alongside. It's our only vehicle with a ramp, so book it in advance.
Can we travel abroad in your minibuses?
Yes. We hold a licence for international road passenger transport, and for long journeys we recommend the Sprinter or the Volkswagen T5 with its extended boot. See our licences and certificates.
Does a child have to travel in a child seat in the minibus?
That depends on the vehicle category. Under Polish rules, the Volkswagen Caravelles (up to 9 seats including the driver) count as cars, so a child under 150 cm tall travels in a child seat. We'll provide a child seat or booster seat on request for any trip. When you book, tell us how many children are travelling and how old they are.
What if there are more than 18 passengers?
We'll carry the group in several minibuses or arrange a coach through a partner company. Call and tell us how many people are travelling, and we'll suggest the best option.
